Nyssa Collins - Releases Debut Single '18'

23 May 2015 - 0 Comments

THE X FACTOR NZ runner up Nyssa Collins has released her debut single 18 via. Sony Music, which she performed on the Grand Final on TV3 on Monday night.

Co-written by Stan Walker, Nyssa chose to record her own version of 18 because, as she puts it:

“This song is a feel good song; it is a song that tells you to get up in the morning and to do something with your life!”

Since winding up her journey on the show on Monday night, Nyssa is doing just that choosing to spend all of her time and energy working on her own songs.

She describes her style as “chilled R&B with a twist of jazz” and she prefers to write “motivational songs with hidden messages”.

With a cumulative online audience reaching over 110,000 people there is a seriously eager fan base waiting to see what she does next; and given her enormous drive and talent, she won’t disappoint.
