Who I am is the possibility of Achievement and Understanding. I live on the beautiful Kapiti Coast with my wife Melissa, and my son Callan. Melissa brings a fantastic grounding to my life, whereas Callan constantly takes me to that magical place in a child's mind where anything is possible.

Passions:
I have a HUGE passion for property investing - the absolute excitement of successfully completing a deal - there's nothing like it. I love helping and guiding people with the total belief that Success and Wealth should be team sports - it should never be lonely at the top if you have helped others "climb the ladder" with you.
I love to write (www.sarophia.com), invest in property, any activity where I can be creative, investigating opportunities, and giving back, as well as helping people achieve their own goals through win / win transactions.
I also have the undying passion to BE the best I can BE with martial arts (www.qianlidao.com), wealth, spirituality (in the sense of being in tune with the universe), well balanced and peaceful mentality - and of course - happy! I will be walking talking motivation and inspiration for others.
Something that used to always bug me was the education system, and how very little practical money skills were ever taught.

Talents:
I am extremely good with people, creative, great lateral thinker, new business ideas, unexplainable insights, inspirer and motivator, practice Wing Chun Kung Fu, creator of business opportunities, and always being able to clearly see talents within others. Entrepreneurial, networker, energetic, and self-motivated with outstanding communication skills, an unshakable positive attitude, and I resonate.

Knowledge:
My knowledge consists of people, NZ property, lending, networking and contacts, taking ideas to the next level, and how to surround yourself with the best team possible - plus a whole lot more!

Networking:
I completely understand the term; "It's not money that makes money, it's other people". I have spent a long time striving to understand people and to better communicate, find out what drives individuals - and more recently trying to ascertain their own "path's of least resistance". I have an extensive Network of people, including NZ Parliament and people in NZ in nearly every field. If my Network may be of Value to you, then please let me know - particularly if our visions are synchronised.

Character:
I am someone who considers integrity one of the most important characteristics in people, and is something I consider necessary within myself and the people I deal with. Whom I constantly strive to BE is someone who inspires, motivates, is health and happy, fit and flexible, wise, attracts excellent mentors and a fantastic martial artist.
I think that you can tell a lot about a person by what books they have on their bookshelves (and of course - if they have read them). Some of the mentors that I consider have truly influenced my path are: Roger Hamilton and "Wink and Grow Rich", The "Rich Dad" series by Robert Kiyosaki, "The One Minute Millionaire", John Burley, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Jamie McIntyre's book and courses, Anthony Robbins, Charles Goodwin, Brad Sugars plus so many more!

Purpose:
My Purpose is to BE a Leader of Leaders, motivator and inspirer to as many as possible, with the aim of slowly making the World a better place by promoting my own Passions in a positive way. Also to:
- Increase the Financial Intelligence / Education of teenagers Worldwide, therefore slowly but surely having financial "common sense" as part of every household as the kids grow up and have their own.
- Encourage and (soon) teach Wing Chun Kung Fu to as many as possible, therefore increasing each individual's self awareness, self confidence and self esteem, fitness & coordination, mental discipline, energy levels, ability to deal with stress - and of course, self defence skills. I personally believe that this would encourage peace and safety.
- Communicate that what we Choose today will shape how tomorrow will unfold.
- Ultimately promote individual Wealth Creation, giving back, and encouraging people to BE the best person they can BE.

"LEVERAGING IDEAS INTO WEALTH"
At the beginning of the 2005 I set up a company with 2 others called EML. Our united goal give away $400,000 by the end of 2005 through win / win transactions to charities of our joint choosing while constantly increasing our own wealth and education.
