Bio

Lake South is the critically-acclaimed solo project from Lake of Urbantramper. Lake performs live electricUTOPIA music with guitar, voice, and midi triggers. His songs have been finalists for the Apra Silver Scrolls (NZ’s top songwriting award) twice and he was a Critics’ Choice finalist in the 2014 NZ Vodafone Music Awards.

He released his first album If You’re Born On An Island The Ocean Heals You in April 2017, his sophomore record Wellington | Te Upoko O Te Ika was released on August 2 2019.
