Dead Favours to release new single 'High Flying'

11 August 2017 - 0 Comments

On Friday August 18th Dead Favours are set to release their highly anticipated sophomore single High Flying.

Produced by Shihad’s Tom Larkin at his Melbourne studio and funded by New Zealand on Air, High Flying is the follow up to the band’s debut single Dig which was met with overwhelming public support, spending an impressive 22 weeks (and counting) on the Radioscope Rock Chart.

Dead Favours have just completed their first national tour alongside other rock radio favourites Decades, Skinny Hobos and Bakers Eddy with a staggeringly positive reaction from crowds.

“The tour was such a great experience for the us. We’ve learned new things about playing and working together and its made us hungry to get back in the studio and record some new material for next year”.

The band are set to appear at the Auckland City Rock fest at The Kings Arms on August 19th after which they are set for a handful of local shows before cracking into high profile shows and festival appearances in the new year.
