Futures Entertainment is a partnership formed between NZ Recording Artist and Online Music Marketing Entrepreneur Aly Cook & Information Technology expert and Social Marketing Strategist Philippe E Maille - PHD (Marketing) of PHMC GPE with offices in Nelson New Zealand., Newark USA, Marseilles Fr, London UK & Sofia BG.
Futures Entertainment aims to create new pathways in the digital age for music and other art forms with various partnerships currently in development and to be announced in the near future.
Currently Futures Entertainment has developed The Kiwisofa LIVE Webcast & Chat on http://www.kiwisofa.tv/. Hosting two shows 13 hours apart 10.00am Sunday Morning in New Zealand ( Sat Night 10pm UK Europe 11pm USA 2.00pm PST) and Sun Night 10pm in NZ (Sunday 8.00am Sydney Australia Sunday 11am UK 12pm Europe).
The show has a growing audience globally. Hosted by Aly Cook who sings live, plays music videos, speaks to guests and takes the show live on the road in the studio and more. The show host interacts with the audience in a chatroom in real time and the audience can partake in in the show as guests at distance in one corner of the screen.
For Future's Entertainment 2010 & 2011 will mark the release of Aly COOK's debut Album "Brand New Day" & the accompanying Tour & Documentary "Strumming around the world" .... Already confirmed is Aly's performance at The Toohey's New Norfolk Island Country Music Festival http://www.nicma.nf/lineup.htm where Aly will perform, is the New Zealand Judge of the Air Norfolk Trans Tasman Entertainer of the Year Awards, often referred to as the Bledisloe Cup of Country Music & is hosting a tour of Norfolk Island in association with Norfolk Travel. After returning from from the National Country Music Awards, having performed at SKY City Hamilton as a nominee for NZ Female Artist of the year .. Country Storm has seen a resurgence of interest including being added to a large Australian Radio Network http://www.kixfm.net/
We have decided to soft re-release the Nashville Recorded "Country Storm" in anticipation of the first new single from the album and accompanying music video in November. This is ahead of the release of the album with second single in the New Year . Several other stations in Australian and small country networks in NZ have picked up the song again.
