Music News - Dance-Electronic Duo SACHI Join Forces With Set Mo And K.I.M For 'My Tempo'

Fresh off the back of the NZ Summer Festival circuit, including a headliner appearance at Rhythm and Alps, unstoppable Kiwi duo SACHI (Nick Chrisp and Will Thomas) release brand-new collaborative single My Tempo with Set Mo and K.I.M.
A step further into the club for SACHI, My Tempo was first created in a small studio in Marrickville, Sydney with Kim Moyes in the Summer of 2022, before it was passed on to Australian heavyweights Set Mo.
“It sat on our DJ USB for a few months before we sent it off in a pack of demos to the Set Mo boys, who took it and added their sweet sauce to get it over the finish line” adds SACHI.
With 150+ million streams and counting, Set Mo has a global following of committed fans and the undisputed title as one of Australia’s most-adored dance acts. Set Mo kicked off their 2024 with a huge run of shows in Australia & New Zealand, as well as the release of their single Could I Be.
“We first met the SACHI boys many moons ago and it was instant bromance. We’d hang out each time we were in each other's city, eat burgers, drink beers, question each other's fashion and chat music. It’s kinda crazy we haven’t worked on music together until now to be honest. It’s something we’ve spoken about for years. Makes sense that it’s an acid stomper, right? Stoked to finally have something out with our kiwi brothers” says Set Mo.
“We are so gassed to get this record out and we hope it gets everyone onto the dance floor” says SACHI.
