Bassist wanted for WGTN band Whispering Gallery

Wellington band Whispering Gallery is on the lookout for a new bassist...*ideally*, we are looking for a female bassist who can provide some backing vocals...but I guess beggars can't be choosers. Somewhere between the ages of 15 and 20 would also be preferred, but that certainly doesn't mean that ample consideration wouldn't be given to those outside this bracket.

We have been together on and off for a while, and are now trying to reform the band after a couple of the members moved away to different universities around the country. The band had some great success last year, getting 1st in the Hutt Smokefreerockquest, winning several Battle of the Bands competitions, recording a few songs etc etc.

The style of the band is...sort of...dark...ambient...electronic...rock. I guess that doesn't invoke the clearest image of the music, but give me an email if your interest is even remotely piqued...we'll talk more.
