Ability to keep it in the pocket but get out some damn good chops, to play in a 4 piece covers band. Own transport and gear essential. Flavours will be along the lines of John Legend, Jill Scott, Erykah Badu plus re-arrangements of Bill Withers, Trinity Roots and others.
