Find your image on the internet

Right-click on it

Select the image link/url

Copy it (ctrl c)

Paste (ctrl v) the link into the forum window

Select the image gext - then click the "IMG" tags you can see in your message window, this will hotlink it to the host-site (unless they don't allow hotlinking).

Hopefully that clears it up
