Hey does anyone know what this guitar technique is called. I learnt it by listening to Van Halen, and basically it's when you hit the string on your guitar, pluck your finger off and then hit the string again further up the fretboard - really fast - and it makes a really cool meedeelee meedeelee sound. I know there's a name for it but I forgot what it is
