Because not all music revolves around the north shore, although it may seem like it. There are others who live in south AK and they cant make the journey there an back to see a show, no matter how good it'll be. Gotta think outside the 'side' you live on... ;)

Um.... right.

It doesn't seem like all music revolves around the north shore at all. If it did, I wouldn't be putting shows on on the shore. You talk like shows on the shore is the norm. Dude, it's the other way around.

I make journeys over to Auckland to see bands. I don't see why others can't do it the other way around.

just because you do it doesn't mean everyone else has to.

I can see a solution here - someone needs to organise events outside of the North Shore.

It's only through the hard work of people like Andrew that the music scene in the North Shore is so strong.

It's not all that strong on the North Shore. It's stronger than it once was... but i think it's probably bigger over in Auckland where all the venues are.
