Whatever happened to the wicked NZ punk/Rock bands? Sommerset broke up (Which was a bummer I must say) But where's Stardrunk, The Bleeders and all that?

Anywho, you can listen to some here:

What do you mean what happened to them? I'm watching a bleeders video on juice tv right now. They're playing Big Day Out.

Other wicked bands are:

The Rabble
Cobra Khan
Losing Face
Streetwise Scarlet
Badtown
5th Threat

Well I don't watch TV and Im certainly not going to the BDO.
I meant "What happened to them" as it seems as if they haven't done much since their first single (Gig wise).

Gig wise... let's see...

Looking through the archives on our gig guide for 2005, The Bleeders had 28 gigs. Stardrunk had eight. These are only the gigs we know about though, so there were probably more. Both Stardrunk and The Bleeders had tours this year.

So basically they have been doing stuff. Or are we just talking about Wellington here?

Since their first single? "My Bleeding Heart"???? Or are you talking about their first NZ On Air single "All That Glitters"???? They've been up and down the country plenty since then.

I'm sure the bleeders played in Wellington on their last tour a few months a go, after coming back from US from recording their album. They'll be doing another NZ tour next year. Aparently the album is being released in February and they'll play Wellington again then, I'm sure.

Here's a show for you:

January 21 2006
Kitsch, Cobra Khan, The War Within, Rearview Murder
Indigo, Wellington (R1Cool

Kitsch have been together as long as Sommerset and have played all over the country with them.
Cobra Khan has Milon who was in Sommerset on guitar/vocals.
