Shock Records Announce New Local Signing Rival State

23 December 2011 - 0 Comments

Shock Records is thrilled to announce that New Plymouth band Rival State has just become the newest member of our growing family.

The new album from this five-piece band will be released by Shock Records in early 2012.
You can expect to hear a solid rock album from these boys with some killer guitar riffs and anthemic choruses.

Recorded with producer Matt Hyde who has worked with the likes of Slipknot, Trivium, Bullet For My Valentine, As I Lay Dying and Funeral For A Friend just to name a few

To give you a sneak peak at things to come, Rival State have a track, “Sisters Of Fate” available to stream on their website, so check it out at http://www.rivalstate.net/

“We’re stoked to be working with Shock and we are really excited for 2012” says Jo Einarsson, guitarist of Rival State.

Expect to hear a lot more from Rival State in the New Year
