Bio

Formed in mid 1995 in Wellington, Weta did nothing but tour until October 1997. They have shared the stage with Pacifier, Soundgarden, Bailterspace, Everclear and The Foo Fighters.

Weta gave Pacifier a run for their money in the Wellington Rockers Loud stakes until splitting up mid 2001.

Weta headed to Melbourne in 1998 and were signed to Warners Australia.

With 2 releases under their belt - the EP 'Natural Compression' and the fantastic debut album 'Geographica', Weta sadly are no more.
