The Minimals
Bio
The Minimals originally formed in 2000 made up of four schoolage punkers from Lower Hutt. The line-up has since expanded to a five-piece with the introduction of a second guitar to the mix.
The Minimals have performed with Dirk Drent, Mailbox Skipole, The Rod Johnson Experience, The Nana Squad and at Punkfest 2001.

Minimals Line Up Change Posted: Wed Oct 16, 2002 8:26 pm Wellington mayhem merchants The Minimals have been forced into a line-up change. Drummer Ben has developed chronic OOS (Occupational Overuse Syndrome) in his forearms that make it impossibly sore for him to play for longer than about 20 minutes at a time. Jason Gascoigne from Sheriff Lobo has stepped into the breach and has settled into his place in the drum stool after only a couple of gigs with ease. The Minimals are also working to promote their new EP, the 7-song CD 'The Oi Polloi Struggle'.
