Uncle Monkey Live On More FM
Posted: Sun May 4, 2003 2:41 pm
Uncle Monkey will be doing an interview and singing 'Open Arms' live on MoreFM on Monday morning at 8.30am.

'Cracked Up' the forthcoming single will be released to radio in the next couple of weeks although MoreFM will be starting to play it next week. So get your fingers limbered up and ready to do the dialling and help the band out by requesting the song...

The music of 3-piece Uncle Monkey is currently getting the attention of a big name in the UK. On the back of the success of their 'From' and 'Open Arms' music videos and singles and the quality of their new album 'The Great Attractor' the band are securing rights to the album release here in Australasia and in negotiation with 'Mission Control Artists Agency' in the UK who are representing the band for a rumoured release there. 'Cracked Up' the new single from the album features an 'in your face' lyric backed up by some tasteful guitars, backing vocals and organ. A reviewer recently stated that "every now and again... as cliched as it sounds, it does happen. Those little bubble bags spew forth a gem".
