Sense_ Release Debut Album
Posted: Tue Oct 29, 2002 4:04 pm
Thankx to un-chart-ed for this story:

Palmerston North live electronica duo Sense_ celebrate the release of their new album 'Overdub Version 1.0' this weekend by challenging visiting Wellington dub crew Rhombus to a good old fashioned 'versus' gig on home soil.

Formerly known as Tivity, Sense_ mash up elements of drum-n-bass, trip-hop, ambient and even a dash of synth style rock on their new nine track album which was recorded and mixed at t42 Studios and The Stomach in Palmerston North.

Their home town album release party this weekend doubles as something of a dubwise soundclash with Wellington group Rhombus, who are about to drop their own debut album 'Bassplayer' any day now on M.O.K.O Music through FMR.

Catch Rhombus versus Sense_ @ Harvesters, Palmerston North this Sunday 27 October 2002 with support from local DJ Ray Ray.
