Today, Skux shares intrepid visuals for her new punk-rock anthem I Am the Explorer. The video follows Skux AKA Ayisha Jaffer around Alaska where she is currently working as a park ranger. The track celebrates independence and being a fearless woman and "explorer". Skux doesn't dwell, rather she dusts off her shoulders to "paddle forward and float on."
I Am The Explorer is a standout track from Kudis, Skux's debut EP released in August. A runner up to chart-topping single On Her Way released in 2016, I Am The Explorer is the latest punk-rock anthem everyone needs right now!

Skux is the alter ego of Ayisha Jaffer in her emerging project that was spawned musically from a love of punk and a life-long admiration of the riot girl movement. With material co-written with Dan Walker of The Death Set, Jaffer performs live with her band between New Zealand, New York, and everywhere in between. Current location: Alaska.
