Black Dogs & Babies is the new single from the Taupo based Jason McIver Collective.

This is the second track working with Hamilton based producer/engineer Jake Booth of Mordecai Records and results are "extremely pleasing and surpassed our expectations" says JMC vocalist and song writer Jason McIver. Tracked, mixed, mastered and co produced by Jake Booth at Lakeside Studios in Taupo and Mordecai Records in Hamilton, NZ.

Black Dogs & Babies starts out as what could be described as an almost lullaby, building into the kind of rock you might hear from bands like The Foo Fighters with a hint of Tom Petty.

The second stand alone single from The JMC in 2019, Black Dogs & Babies will be available on all streaming platforms on Nov 28th 2019.
