Music News - J Plates: New Perspectives EP Release

J Plates: New Perspectives EP Release

31 October 2019 - 0 Comments

Riding on the coat tails of previous J Plates Skalator Music release The Relic/Liquid Metal (which received glowing reviews and support from the likes of A Sides, Offworld Recordings (5 Stars), In-Reach London (10/10), Everyday Junglist (5 Stars), DnB Dojob, Emplate Radio (5 Stars) and Spectrum Dublin (5 Stars) to name a few), the New Zealand born, UK-based producer makes a solid and welcomed return to the Omni Music staple with a brand new release titled New Perspectives EP.

"J Plates is back on Omni Music, and ready to make up for lost time. He presents us with 5-tracks of varied Jungle sounds, blending beautiful harmonics with classical breaks to create a timeless work of art."

"He shows his dexterity in keeping old school sounds fresh, with his own take on the genre, so expect dance floors to shake when these hit the speakers."

"J Plates will return very soon with more modern takes on Jungle."
- Chris Wright @ Omni Music UK
