One Love Final Line-Up Announcement

12 September 2018 - 0 Comments

One Love 2019 is shaping up to be the best yet, with some of the most well-known and exciting names in reggae, roots, soul and R’n’B added to the bill.

One Love will be held at Tauranga Domain over Auckland Anniversary weekend on Saturday, January 26 and Sunday, January 27.

Today it’s been confirmed that chart-topping Hawaiian legends Rebel Souljahz and the award-winning US reggae band Tribal Seeds are joining the line-up.

Rebel Souljahz are at the top of their game and have carved out a name for themselves around the globe, with smash hits such as Nothing To Hide and The One.

Meanwhile, hailing from San Diego, Tribal Seeds are a must-see act, whose albums have continually topped the Reggae Billboard charts.

Also announced today are New Zealand’s very own The Black Seeds; festival favourite Stan Walker and DJ Jayrasik.

They complete the line-up, which includes the already-announced headliners - UB40 feat Ali, Astro and Mickey; Ky Mani Marley; Maxi Priest; Kolohe Kai; LaTasha Lee; Raging Fiyah; Katchafire; Fiji; LAB; Aaradhna; Tomorrow People; General Fiyah and Paua.

Undoubtedly one of Aotearoa’s favourite summer festivals, promoters are working hard behind the scenes to build on the event’s stellar reputation and its previous years of success. In 2019, punters will enjoy an exciting re-designed site layout, including a new-look marketplace; streamlined entry system; VIP entry with a tight cap on the VIP area’s capacity; a chill-out area; plus overall a new and fresh look for the famed two-day extravaganza.

Vibe Town

There’s also good news for One Love’s campers. In 2019, there will be a new campground experience called ‘Vibe Town’.

Under new management, the two and three day camping experience will be hosted at a new central location - the Tauranga Racecourse. It’ll have an entertainment hub, which will host a bar, music, food and a general store, where festival-goers can buy essentials, as well as an official One Love merch store and onsite parking.

To top it off, there’ll be hot showers and 24/7 security!

Premium glamping options are also available, but get in fast, as they’re in hot demand. Those who already have tickets to the festival but want to add the camping experience to their existing purchase can do so separately online.
