Broods release video for new single 'Peach'!

WATCH THE VIDEO HERE

Broods, the New Zealand born, LA-based indie-pop duo of siblings Georgia & Caleb Nott, have shared the video for their new single, Peach (Neon Gold/Atlantic Records). Directed by fellow New Zealander Sam Kristofski, the video finds Georgia and Caleb on a 70’s era talk show but there’s a strange feeling in the air with the show’s awkward host. As the song begins to play, the video’s psychedelic and chaotic visuals embody the song’s kaleidoscopic sonic palette. Watch the video for Peach here.

Broods have also announced that they will play The Roxy Theatre, the legendary Los Angeles venue on the Sunset Strip, on Wednesday, September 26th. Tickets go on sale this Friday, September 7th, and will be available here.

Broods released Peach last month, shortly after it was announced that the band had signed with Neon Gold/Atlantic Records. The single has surpassed 4 million streams worldwide and has been featured on Spotify’s Pop Rising and Mood Booster playlists. Upon its release, Baeblefeatured it as their “Song of the Day” and declared that the single “sounds fresh and forward thinking. And totally fun.” Peach is the first single from the band’s third album, expected early 2019.

As previously announced, Broods will perform at Neon Gold’s 10th Anniversary Show, Neon Gold X, on Saturday, September 29thin New York City. Neon Gold X will feature live performances from Broods as well as Marina & The Diamonds, The Knocks, Matt Maeson and more at New York City’s Knockdown Center. Tickets and more information are available here.

Broods had their breakthrough with the 2014 single Bridges from their full-length debut Evergreen. Broods released their sophomore record, Conscious, in June 2016 and soon saw lead single Free hit the top #10 on Spotify’s US Viral Chart. Broods have played leading festivals like Coachella, Lollapalooza and Outside Lands and shared stages with artists like Ellie Goulding, Haim, Sam Smith, and CHVRCHES over the past few years.
