Don't Get Me Wrong is a dark, anti-love anthem dissuading the listener out of a perceived crush. If you like dark moody soundscapes, let Missy draw you in only to reject you.
The video is directed
by Swap Gomez and the team at The Umbrella Creative, all the more impressive for being produced wholly during a Level 4 pandemic lockdown.
The track, written and produced by Abigail Knudson is the sixth single to be released
from Missy’s forthcoming long-player, Major Arcana.
Don’t Get Me Wrong is available from Spotify, Apple Music and Bandcamp. Bandcamp purchases will also receive the bonus tracks This Isn’t Love & They’re Making A Man not available on any other platform.
