For The Wolves to release 'Parable' on September 25

03 September 2020 - 0 Comments

Brisbane based Kiwi/Aussie Alternative Hard Rock outfit For The Wolves are set to release their brand new single Parable on September 25th. The song is an aggressive and psychedelic rock tune, showcasing a new step forward in the musical evolution of the band. Parable is produced by Luke Palmer (Dead Letter Circus) and mixed by Forester Savell (Butterfly Effect, Karnivool, Dead Letter Circus). The song will be available for download and streaming on all major platforms September 25th.

For The Wolves are a powerhouse heavy psych rock outfit based in Brisbane Australia, creating hard hitting rock tunes infused with psychedelia and ambient soundscapes. Parable is a powerful and cerebral composition that winds its way through an evolution of pounding rhythms and psychedelic motifs. The song is the epitome of the band’s unique sound as they begin to craft their musical identity and carve out a place of their own amongst modern rock bands alike. Produced by some of the biggest names in the Australian rock genre, Parable is the band’s follow up release on the back of the success of their most recent single The Devil You Know. After receiving international attention and national radio play (most notably Triple M’s Hard N Heavy) the band has quickly returned with another engaging musical statement and the next chapter in their ever-evolving sonic narrative.

Some previous press love:

“An instant blast of energetic, riff-laden, blues-tinged, psyche rock 'n' roll. It kicks into a straight-ahead beat as the vocals fire in almost immediately. My head starts to bang as the guitars crunch and soar” - Paul Goddardi, Muzic.net.nz

“the four-piece immediately command the stage with their incredibly engaging and hard-hitting melodic rock sound” - Samantha Wolstenholme, Insert Review Here

After a few years playing on the local music scene and sharing the bill with Australian rock heavyweights like Dead Letter Circus and Cog, For The Wolves have honed their craft both live and in the studio, recording new material for release in 2020. In the ever changing music industry and live gig landscape, the band have for now turned their attention to creative synthesis and recording. With a steady stream of releases for the rest of 2020 and live gigs to follow, For The Wolves have plenty to work on as they craft their musical story and continue to build a following, locally and all over the world. Stay Tuned..
