Baby Zionov is the musical project of Aaliyah Zionov, a musician and songwriter currently based in Auckland.
Baby Zionov's music takes influence from 90's happy hardcore, 70's space disco, and vintage 16-bit video game soundtracks. She lays her playfully sensual vocals delicately throughout the mix.

....And You Are The Bitch was conceived, created and mixed by Baby Zionov as Aotearoa, New Zealand went into lockdown to combat the spread of Covid-19. Throughout the EP she is joined by Lil Gracie, Ragged Veins and Chansey. The EP was mastered by Rohan Evans (The Wine Cellar) and keen listeners will draw parallels to the output of Charli XCX , 100 gecs, and QT.
In the lead up to the release of ....And You Are The Bitch, the EP's single Clubbing In The Time Of Cholera has been play-listed throughout New Zealand's Alternative Radio Stations, and has placed on 95bFM's Top 10. Clubbing In The Time Of Cholera has featured prominently on Under The Radar, and 95bFM Breakfast host Rachel Ashby recently exclaimed that it " ...really is a song for the times."
To celebrate the release of ....And You Are The Bitch Baby Zionov will perform tonight at Whammy Backroom, alongside guest Amamelia, Kylie Monogamy, Princess Richard and Theia.
