JESS CHAMBERS ANNOUNCES HER DEBUT NATIONAL SOLO TOUR

Jess Chambers is capturing heats all over New Zealand with her award winning songwriting and mesmerising performances.

This year she has been awarded the legendary New Zealand Country Music Awards 2009 with her hit “Stringing Me Along” and is a finalist for the prestigious APRA Silver Scroll Award for her song “Island”.

This Spring sees Jess perform her debut solo tour “I'm looking forward to playing my solo material. I'll be playing songs from the Firefly Orchestra Album, The Woolshed Sessions Album and 'road testing' material for a new album to be released next year” says Jess

Jess’ live show already has a reputation as an intimate and captivating performance. When describing her show she says “I like to think my music speaks for itself. I express myself pretty honestly and hope it resonates with who ever is listening.”

New Zealand Musician described her WOMAD performance as receiving “standing ovations from the audience. A response that alludes towards a very very bright future for this infectiously irrepressible young singer.”
