Now it’s a rock ‘n’ roll extravaganza with The D4 and The Rock ‘N’ Roll Machine added to the line up in various summer locations near where you’ll be!

The Datsuns have spent the entire 2005 preparing to play these shows. Doggedly crafting new rock epics,

and innovating amp jumps to showcase to their home crowd….

Okay – that’s not quite true.

For the last few months The Datsuns have sequestered themselves away from the world, writing and experimenting with new sounds for Datsuns LP numero 3! So far - 30 numbers and counting! The New Zealand live shows will see a few of the new songs off their leash, alongside fan favourites from the self-titled debut album and 2004’s, ‘Outta Sight/Outta Mind’. Immediately following the New Zealand shows, The Datsuns will return to the UK to start recording work for the new album.

Most recently The Datsuns had the privilege of being part of the John Peel Charity single, an all star rendition of the Buzzcocks classic "Ever Fallen in Love (With Someone You Shouldn't Have)?". The track was recently performed at John Peel’s posthumous induction to the UK Music Hall Of Fame ceremony where The Datsuns played alongside other artists John Peel championed and admired: David Gilmour (Pink Floyd), Robert Plant (Led Zeppelin), Roger Daltry (The Who), Elton John, Peter Hook (New Order), The Futureheads, El Presidente and as well as The Buzzcocks themselves.

The Datsuns are itching to play live and especially to a home crowd. Lots of pent up energy is about to be unleashed.

You thought they were good before! Watch this!
"The Datsuns are currently unsurpassed.... butt-clenchingly fantastic" KERRANG!
