Juice TV and George FM present a new
Sola Rosa Tour with full live band

Following the immense success of the 'Moves On' album launch tour in August, the Sola Rosa band is on the road again, complete with guest vocalists Spikey Tee and Deva Mahal, thanks to support from Juice TV and George FM. And come on down Hamilton, because you're first up:

As with the launch tour Andrew Spraggon, Deva and Spikey will be joined on stage by:

Ned ‘Killamanraro’ Ngatae – Guitar, Percussion:
Ned is currently guitarist in Dimmer and Sola Rosa. He has performed and recorded with artists such as Trinity Roots, Che Fu & the Krates, King Kapisi, Dimmer, House Of Downtown and Soane. As well as his musical contributions, he is also a well-respected DJ with residencies on George FM, Tabac Bar and Safari Lounge.

John Highsted – Percussion
John has been playing live as a percussionist for 15 years and has performed and recorded with the likes of: Nathan Haines, Relaxomatic Project, The New Loungehead and Sola Rosa

Matt Short – Bass
Matt has played with Sommerset, Bollbox Rex and recorded with Sola Rosa.

Will Scott – Drums
Will has recorded and performed with Dimmer, King Kapisi and Anika Moa as well as Sola Rosa.

The August tour presented a literally unforgettable live show. With that experience under their collective belts, imagine how damn fine it will be this time around.

And the 'Moves On' album has been winning friends the length and breadth also:

"What a gorgeous album...It's one of the essential kiwi releases of the year" Waikato Times

"solid grooves of a more resolute traditional funky flavour" Real Groove Mag

"Music for the body and soul" The Dominion Post
