Returning to the motherland, The Datsuns prolong their Death Rattle Boogie by revealing their plans to melt minds, hearts and the winter malaise with steam charged shows in August and September.

The first nationwide tour for The Datsuns since 2009, the tour announcement is punched with the release to radio of foot stomper single Bullseye.

The tour bus will be taking the band to nine cities from the deep south of Dunedin to the far north of Whangarei.

The Datsun’s fifth studio album, Death Rattle Boogie has been heralded “best album to date” and “par excellence” by music critics. Since its release late 2012, the band has toured Europe, UK and Australia alongside a couple of dust devil NZ dates that they promised would not be their only visit home.

Serving as a great reminder of The Datsun’s live prowess, in February of this year the band were invited onto the legendary GERMAN TV Show ROCKPALAST where they unleashed a full set of rock n roll mayhem.

“An unbelievable return to the summit of Mount Rawk. The Datsuns rediscover their original ferocity…” – http://www.classicrockmagazine.com/

“still completely awesome” – http://www.drownedinsound.com/

Get ready for some ass kickin’ super gyrating … The Datsuns are on their way to a town near you…
