NZ Bands Line Up For SxSW Posted: Sat Dec 3, 2005 11:16 am Six Kiwi bands have been invited to perform at next year's South by Southwest Music Festival in Austin, Texas. Among the 'first draft' asked to show off their musical wares are Christchurch veterans The Bats, recent SubPop signings The Brunettes, comedy/folk-pop duo Flight Of The Conchords , Auckland pinks Die! Die! Die!, Lil Chief Records' Ryan McPhun And The Ruby Suns and Aussie-based brothers Evermore. |
