Just got my first tat on sunday, it's like two skulls with a cross above it with barbed wire coming from either skull and these fucked up thingd on the sides and under the skulls.. It's on my right shoulder.

jus buy a stretchin spike frm a piercin shop, theyre abou tthis long
______________ and they start of bout .05mm and work there way up to what ever size you want....u push it through evey now and then, you must lub it up tho so it kinda slides through

you get it pierced like a girls one and then you get the spike, put some vaselene on it and on ur ear hole and then you start penetrating the spike thru
