A Cut Above and Strength To Strength originally appeared on a compilation album titled Xpressive Phunk Vol. 2 back in 2014 via the now defunct Sonata Recordings label.
At the time of their original release, the tracks received support and praise from the likes of Vice Versa and Con*Natural (AKA MC Conrad), and since the labels defunct status have remained unavailable until now; re-mastered and re-released in 2020 as an A/B single.
