This week local artist Gary Mictian announced the released of new single Giving It Up. The single will be available via iTunes and Spotify from November 29, 2019.
Mictian is an upcoming producer and songwriter based in Auckland; his music is inspired by the sounds of the seventies and eighties and he aims to breathe new life into the genre. Mictian's latest work catapults vintage sounds into a modern era and focuses on a relationship at its crossroads. Giving It Up encapsulates the uncertainties of wavering love and the intricacy of remaining open.
Giving It Up marks a new era of Mictian's music following the success of his previous debut EP The Dream State.
