Band & Musician News - Lee Mvtthews Share 'Bones' with Kaysh

Lee Mvtthews Share 'Bones' with Kaysh

26 August 2019 - 0 Comments

Electronic Music Duo, Lee Mvtthews have dropped Bones, the first single and title track from their forthcoming debut album.

Joining them on this track is newcomer Kaysh, whose intoxicating vocals pulse through the bones of listener whilst complementing the roaring breaks and irregular basslines that have become a staple of the Lee Mvtthews sound.

Bones gives a voice to the rapture of self-discovery, and the empowerment that comes with knowing your worth and trusting yourself.

Lee Mvtthews first release of 2019 sets the scene for what fans can expect from their upcoming album, due to release November 2019.

Lee Mvtthews formed in late 2013 and have gone from strength-to-strength, gaining a reputation for turning out infectious tunes and smashing the NZ festival circuit.

Their debut EP, Silhouettes, was released in 2017 and featured the single Nothing To Lose, featuring Jay Bulletproof and Marino Mariner, which won them ‘Best Track of 2018’ at the George FM Awards.

The duo released four singles in 2018; Stay ft. Omega Levine; Inside Out ft. Watson, Fool and Let Me Go ft. Embher.

They’ve also smashed up the charts with their remixes of Kings' 6 Figures and Perth drum and bass duo Flowidus’ track Horizons.

Lee Mvtthews won ‘Best Breakthrough Artist of 2018’ at the George FM Awards, and are finalists in this year's awards in 'Best Artist' category and two nominations for 'Best Track', serving as a reminder as to why the duo is considered one of the hottest live dance acts on the scene right now.
