Band & Musician News - Beach Blue Share New Single And Video For ‘Break My Bones’

Beach Blue Share New Single And Video For ‘Break My Bones’

19 April 2019 - 0 Comments

Beach Blue release uplifting psych-pop banger Break My Bones with playful, lo-fi video, the second track from duo Rodney Fisher and Nik Brinkman.

Break My Bones is about pulling yourself into a better space and not letting negativity define your existence. But it’s also about acknowledging the people who have been there in your darkest moments...some of the lyrics are like flashbacks in way and feel almost like abstract images in my mind” - Rodney Fisher

We really want to make pop music that people can relate to in a meaningful way” - Nik Brinkman

With big hooks and powerful vocals combined with the video’s endearing visual aesthetic, the picture comes further into focus. The self-directed music video features Brinkman’s nephew and scenes from Wellington’s club121 and brings to life the danceable vibe of the track.
