Band & Musician News - Tama Waipara releases The Hunter

Tama Waipara releases The Hunter

19 July 2013 - 0 Comments

Following on from his first single Medicine Man Tama Waipara releases The Hunter – the second single and from his forthcoming album Fill Up The Silence.

Written by Tama Waipara and producer Aaron Nevezie The Hunter is the second single from his second album due for release September.

Says Tama of the song “The song is about the hunt in all its many forms. Layered with primal rhythmic patterns (including poi) the bounce between frantic drive and flippant whimsy underpins the relentless and universal quest for love”.

With the grunt of an urban grind and the unbridled power of an open wilderness The Hunter is available on iTunes from today 19th July.
