Band & Musician News - New Zealand Music Chart First for Titanium

New Zealand Music Chart First for Titanium

13 November 2012 - 0 Comments

A New Zealand Music Chart first has been set. Titanium is the first Kiwi band to have three songs in the Top 40 Singles Chart.

‘Sky’, Titanium’s third single, debuts in 12th place and is also the number one NZ Single this week.

Titanium’s Platinum first single, ‘Come On Home’, sits at 14; while second single, ‘I Won’t Give Up’ (a Jason Mraz cover) is at 33.

After a nationwide tour in September and October, Titanium wanted to bring the energy from their live shows to their third single.

‘Sky’ - written by Vince Harder - is about taking a girl on an experience she's never been on before; not a normal night out, but a night she will never forget.

The highly-anticipated debut album by Titanium will be released soon.

TK, Haydn, Zac, Jordi, Shaq and Andrew who form the six members of Titanium were the lucky winners of a nationwide competition, The Edge Boy Band with KFC Krushers.
