Manila-born, Tāmaki Makaurau-based artist Ms. Mia delivers an alluring “glam with sass” music video for her punchy new single Going For The Kill.

Directed by Flora Driessen, the vintage aesthetic in the music video cleverly reimagines the vintage archetypes of the “housewife” and stereotypical female characters, deftly shifting them to portray the fierce, empowered essence of modern women – or as Ms. Mia affectionately refers to them - DFWM Queens!

This juxtaposition of vintage imagery and the song's bold lyrics, alongside Ms. Mia’s commanding portrayal weaves a compelling narrative that challenges conventional gender roles, asserting Ms. Mia's empowerment and agency in her own story.

Going For The Kill is the second single and music video released from Ms. Mia’s upcoming EP Living In The Shadows – set for release on 7th June 2024.
