Left Hand Addiction is a Wellington based hard rock band. They take influence from a variety of heavy music from The Offspring to Amon Amarth - and everything in between.

After a year of line-up changes, they finally settled on a standard 4 peice line up.

Left Hand Addiction has opened for bands such as Die! Die! Die! and Cop Car.

And they have recently released a 5 track EP called 'Bloodlust'.
