I think they are getting their shit together. They played two shows with stylus, got another one coming up, Marlbourgh Madness at Marlborough Park 13 December. They're also going to be recording around that time, and they've got a gig coming up with Blindspott in march.

Oi! Ubiquitous Boys! Get you S#*t together and play da music! You don't want to be known as one of those bands with "potential" that never made it, do you? What a waste THAT would be...

The other band that made it through that night were Six Day War.

It was the second battle of the bands night I had been to on the Shore. The standard of bands is fucking high!

Ubiquitous Launch New Website
Posted: Thu Dec 26, 2002 4:48 pm
Thanks to Local Output for this info:

After months of waiting, Ubiquitous have finally got their website up!

Ubiquitous won the Local Output Bands Competition in 2001 at the Corelli School of Music. Since then, they have played at Parachute, as well as many R18 & all ages gigs around Auckland, North Shore as well as Mangawhai and Warkworth.

The bulk of their website is there, with information on the band, past gigs and upcoming gigs, videos, news, contact info etc. However, over the next couple of weeks they will be adding photos as well as a few other little things.
