RE: any more on the name change?

STYLUS77s guitarist Adi did a solo set in support of Tommy in Wellington and on the poster it was billed as AD (STYLUS77 ). I think this was interpreted as the whole band playing with a new name rather than Adi playing solo. So at that stage, no name change!

The album was started in December and things are progressing well! STYLUS77 have a new single and video to be released in the next couple of weeks ( when a new name for the band WILL be revealed !) with a couple more singles to follow up and an album planned for release around July/August

Check out Stylus77.com ( should be updated pretty soon with all the new goings on including details about the new name )

Firstly yay stylus 77-give these guys some airplay! I too first saw them on national anthem and thought they played brilliantly-so when they played a free gig at uni i went along and was VERY impressed. I talked to them afterwards to find out about albums etc-they said they would have a new album coming out (apart from the 6 song lp) late 2004-i've been looking but am i looking under the wrong name now? Anyone got any more info o the name change? Happy

I heard they changed their name too, but I didn't hear what they changed it to.

Is it true that Stylus 77 have changed their name to AD?
