Poor music pioneers, barely kept their flat let,
Then one day they were playin at some club,
And up through the crowd came an executive dude.

Well the first thing you know ol' Threats. a mega-star,
Kinfolk said "Threat. move away from here"
Said "Auckland is the place you ought to be"
So they loaded up the truck and moved to Ponsonby.

Snobs, that is. Yuppies, Shortland St stars.

Well now its time to say goodbye to Threat. and all his kin.
And they would like to thank you folks fer kindly droppin' in.
