Mucus Kids was birthed in late 2013, when Madison and Loz met on the bus. They fell in love, then fell in hate, and it became Loz’s personal vendetta to make Madison perform the passive aggressive songs it had written about him. They found Sebasschin licking the sidewalk outside. Their first EP, Mosh 4 Jesus was released on Powertool Records on May 29 2015.

Mucus Kids perform one of the most visceral live shows you’re likely to be confronted by. They cut their live teeth at New Lynn venue UFO; they were rabidly lapped up at the Woodcock festival in February this year; and they dumbfounded crowds at bFM’s University of Auckland Orientation show.
