Kavort is an original groove metal band formed in 2011.

Performing all over NZ, Kavort's stage show is terror themed featuring various references to cult horror movies. their performances are always explosive and unpredictable, energetic and powerful.

Kavort's music has been described as metaleptic, catchy, brutal and anthemic.
