New Single for Doppler

Doppler have been busy. The last two months has seen musicians Adam and Daniel Wilson, Matt Gorman and Simon Christensen flying up to Auckland to record “Oblivion” at the legendary York Street studios, produced by ‘Hook’ from 48 May. “Oblivion” is the summer anthem people have been waiting for. With powerful vocals, complex beats and edgy, loud guitars, “Oblivion” is a song that won’t let you go. Doppler are playing it to radio stations around the country, so listen out!

Playing live is what these guys do best. Recent gigs with Opshop, Elemeno P, Atlas, Autozamm and Goodnight Nurse are tasters compared to the anticipated crowds at AREA 9 (a weekend long music festival at Lake Ohau in February) where they are on the bill to rock out with the star-studded line up of Kora, Rhombus, Salmonella Dub and many more! Catch Doppler in your town soon- the boys are planning a tour in early 09, bringing their catchy, raw rock to the rest of New Zealand.
