Bio

AKA Brown was first heard fronting the Urban Pacifika single 'One' in 1999, and then went on to release their first single, 'Something I Need' in late 1999.

Shortly after Urban Pacifika released an album featuring three of their songs, plus another song with rapper Dei Hamo.

John Chongnee notes his primary music influences as Guy, Jodeci, Stevie Wonder, and Jodeci's producer DeVante. AKA Brown are great live performers have enjoyed opening gigs for top international artists Next, Usher and Hip Hop superstar Snoop Dogg.

i Went to Safari 2 weeks ago and John knocked this little white guy out in the toilets! I mean the white guy didn't even look at him or even say anything to him! John your a FUCKEN IDIOT, learn to drink and stop talking like your from the Streets of LA! Had music of yours - Broken up and in the Rubbish!
