Stanza

Bio

Formed in late 2004 by a group of friends with a passion for music. Stanza has come a long way in a short time. With all the members in the same class in school, they all have plenty of time to discuss the direction of the band. Practice is a regular occurance for the band, with hosting duties being shared amongst the band. With each band practice, the band leaves knowing alot has been done, but still alot more work to do. Made up of Kaine Harington (Lead Guitars), Daniel Page (Bass) and Tipene Hughes (Drums and Percussion), the band all aim for excellence on their given instruments, meaning Stanza have a large focus on powerful instrumentalisation. Their influences are mostly progressive and metal artists, but originality is high on the priority list as always. Stanza have played a few small gigs (the biggest being 530+ people), all of which have been complemented for their stage presence and tightness. Stanza are always expanding their setlist and writing new material so each gig is better than the last!

Band Members:
Kaine Harrington (guitar)
Daniel Page (bass)
Tipene Hughes (drums)
