Twice Daily

Bio

Twice Daily established themselves at the beginning of 2004 and have been playing an assortment of gigs around Palmerston North.

The band consisted of Laura Walters, Jemma Cheer and Ashleigh Lambert but towards the end of 2005 they found themselves in a compromising position. Drummer, Laura, wanted to move on in other areas of her life which saw TD recruiting Stephanie Engelbrecht.

TD's sound has since evolved into solid alternative rock with Jem's unique vocals and catchy guitar riffs, Ash's steady bass lines and Steph's powerful drum patterns.

TD have had countless gigs at The Stomach on Palmerston North's Lombard Street as well as at Palmerston North Girls' High School, Guv'nors Tavern, The Square and Arena Manawatu.

They have played with bands such as Shihad, Autozamm, Collapse, Black Chrome, So So Modern, Kill Surf City and Teen Wolf.

TD look to record their EP by mid 2006 and hope to rack up many more shows.

The band took an extended break in 2006 before reforming in November 2007 with their original lineup.

Band Members:
Jem (bass, vocals)
Ash (guitar, backing vocals)
