Voodoo Bloo - MNZ Interview: The AUX Return 001: Voodoo Bloo

04 Oct 2022 // An interview by Nicholas Clark

Introducing Muzic.net.nz's newest interview series: The AUX Return, with Wellington's Nicholas E. Clark!

Voodoo Bloo is a rock band, (but it might also be described as shoe-gaze, new wave post-punk-revival indie punk pop noise rock). Rory, Daniel, Olly and Jackson discuss which musicians from history could replace them, how to properly play chords on the bass, identify which band members like My Bloody Valentine, Gorillaz and Blonderedhead, how their songs tackle topics like mental health and their dream venue.

About Voodoo Bloo

Voodoo Bloo are an energetic young alternative rock band influenced by artists such as My Bloody Valentine, Interpol, Radiohead and Arctic Monkeys.
