Music News - Chores release new video ahead of Asia dates

Chores - whose feel-good, dance-floor fillers have established them as one of the most exciting new electronic acts south of the equator - drop another fun slice of poptastic heaven. Directed by Mardo El-Noor, Chores’ new video, Got It feat. Sharnar, premiered on Australian music site The Music and is a groovy little electronic dance number with a sassy R’n’B twist. The insanely catchy tune, with its infectious melody, takes the duo’s reputation for turning out dance floor anthems to new heights.

Chores have continued to push the envelope when it comes to performance, alternating between playing DJ sets and their high-energy live show, which brings together their infectious get-up-and-move beats and grooves with kick-ass visuals.
Their reputation on the live circuit has earned them opening slots for a host of international acts, including Peking Duk, A-Trak, Duke Dumont and The Chainsmokers; as well as spots on some of the most popular festivals in the southern hemisphere, from R&V, Your Paradise and Northern Bass, to Deep, Hard and Funky, Mudtopia, Our House, Spring Break and Homegrown.
Chores have also just been nominated for “International Achievement” at this year’s The Georgies, taking place in Auckland on September 7.
